The Motorola Day Unlocking Service can be used to unlock all Motorola mobile phones regardless of the network they are currently locked with. To unlock your phone you need to provide us with the following information:

1. Mobile phone model
2. Current Network
3. IMEI Number

This service however does not work for the following mobile phones:

• Motorola EM35
• Motorola ZN5
• Motorola E8
• Motorola U9
• Motorola V9
• Motorola K1
• Motorola K1s
• Motorola V8 locked to Claro(Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Honduras, Jamaica, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Uruguay, El Salvador, Mexico and Panama)
• Motorola Q locked to Movistar Mexico
• Motorola Z6 locked to Verizon US

If your phone is listed in the exceptions above, its because we are not able to get an unlock code for your model. You can contact us with your mobile phone details; we may be able to help you unlock your phone.

This service works between 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM GMT. Any order submitted after working hours will be processed on the next working day.
